I routinely check  Social Media Examiner for insight on how to better use the media for personal and professional reasons.  Here is a pretty good discussion on its use for business.

    We have found little value in social CRM so far. Lots of hype but very little true value for a sales rep. The one exception is the ability to possibly read tweets from the customer so that I can now relate better to him. Am I off? What other value does social CRM provide. Not worth the price of upgrading typically.
