About JKP1375, Inc

JKP1375, Inc is just me. I’m Jim Pace, retired soldier, detective and computer forensic examiner, now an eBay Seller, Education Specialist trained by eBay and and eBay Trading Assistant doing business as JKP1375.

So far life has been in 20-year segments. About 20 as an Arkansas farm boy. About 20 as a soldier from Private through Chief  Warrant Officer 3, Military Policeman and CID Special Agent (SA) . Then about twenty as a GS-1811 CID Senior SA , with the last 11 years of that as Chief of Computer Forensics at the Army’s Criminal Investigations Laboratory (USACIL) .

MP CID Crime Lab

As soon as I retired I started having medical problems which I fought through for 3 years and now I am well enough to start living again and working on completing the next 17 years of this segment. Then we’ll see what happens next.

In January 2009, I started JKP1375 in Clayton County Georgia. I gradually increased activity selling personal and consignment items on eBay, then added an eBay store at
Jim’s General Store
.   I am still developing my niche within eBay and primarily sell high-tech, business and office items as well as other consignment items.   I’ve added a few web sites and blogs with an Auctiva site linked directly to my eBay listings.

I’ve been involved in computer investigations since the early 1970′s when it was mainframes and punch cards.  My computer experience did not include running web sites or writing HTML, so hopefully you’ll forgive any strange looking areas of my web sites. I am old, but I can still learn new tricks.

I’ve loved books since I was kid in the Arkansas low lands (developed swamp) where there were no book stores and only one library in twenty miles.  My experiences resulted in a fair knowledge of high tech and books which made me decide to focus on sales of related items.  My consignment work may include about anything, but most should be related to books, collectibles and high tech items.
